I have played millions of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first $5 wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 bet
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
